Rudi Houthuijs
Working in supply chain since 1988, after a 4 year supply chain study, I now help organizations to truly understand their supply chain and improve were needed. I worked on strategic, tactical and operational level in a multinational and have been responsible for analyses and organizational design of contracting and procurement, logistics and supply chain management.
I support organizations to:
- Create transparency and understanding of their supply chain
- Clear and concrete improvements
- Creating a reliable well managed supply chain and peace and quiet for the organization.
I will not create theoretical or abstract solutions, but offer a factual approach, supported by analyses and data, based on experience. I will ´hold up the mirror´, with honest feedback, clear, concrete and sustained.

My approach: Improve from the base up
My approach is inspired by the Blue Tower in my hometown Gorinchem, a solid base which made defence, control as well as flexibility possible for the city. The tower, build in de 15th century was once the biggest in Europe and protected Gorinchem and surroundings.
